Naming the files that you originally created is essential to know what they fit once they are uploaded to other files.

Objectives

  • Enhance File Identification
  • Avoid confusions

Implementation

  • For each downloadable file you originated from, use a filename explicitly mentioning the editor structure to identify it and have an idea of the nature of the content.

Control

  • Check for each file you originally uploaded to, that the filename explicitly mentions the editor structure and the nature of the content.

Validation

  • Needs to be verified by a human.
